Dear Homeowners,

There have been many violations of the rules and regulations within the last week. The following is a list of the most commonly abused rules:

 The pool is closed after 11:00 P.M

 Wear proper swimming attire in the pool (no shirts)

 No glass in the palapa or pool area

Violators have been instructed by Security but do not comply with the rules and regulations. As of today, if the rules and regulations are not followed by owners, renters and/or visitors, a $500.00 peso fine will be applied immediately to your regular maintenance fees. Homeowners are fully responsible for their guests and renters. If there are multiple violations from guests or renters, they will be asked to leave the premises. If you do not understand the Rules and Regulations of Terralta Condominio Estrella A.C., security has copies and will be more than happy to provide you with them. By signing this sheet, you agree with and will comply to the Rules and Regulations of Terralta Condominio Estrella A.C.

Ha habido muchas violaciones de las reglas y de las regulaciones en la semana. Lo que sigue es una lista de las reglas que más han sido abusadas:
 La piscina esta cerrada después del 11:00 P.M.
 Use el traje apropiado para nadar en la piscina (no playeras)
 Ningún vaso de vidrio o botellas en el área del la palapa o de piscina
Seguridad ha dado instrucciones pero los violadores no hacen caso a las reglas y regulaciones. El dia de hoy, si las reglas y las regulaciones no son seguidas por los dueños, los arrendatarios y/o los visitantes, una multa de $500.00 pesos será aplicado inmediatamente a sus honorarios del mantenimiento regular. Los propietarios son completamente responsables de sus huéspedes y arrendatarios. Si hay violaciones múltiples de huéspedes o de arrendatarios, les pedirán dejar el coto si usted no entiende las reglas y las regulaciones de Terralta Condominio Estrella A.C., seguridad tiene copias y será más que feliz de proveer las reglas y regulaciones. Firmando esta hoja, usted conviene con ellas y se conformará a las reglas y regulaciones de Terralta Condominio Estrella A.C.
