We have recently opened up a blot in the name of Terralta Condominio Estrella A.C. To follow this blog, please click on the above link and sign up. We hope to update this blog at least 1 time a month in order to create more communication and updates on the progress of the cluster. I have attached some photos of the cluster taken today. We have purchased 10 new lounge chairs, installed 2 fans and lights for the palapa, pots and plants for the entrance to control directions, some new plants for the common area, a shower, new pump for the pool, a chlorinator, re-grouted the pool, replaced 11 sprinkler heads for the common area and much more within the last year. I have also attached the banking information for international transfers and deposits. The new account is in the name of the Association, Terrlata Condominio Estrella A.C. Any new updates or purchases will be posted. Please feel free to post your comments and/or thoughts and welcome to the new blog.

I would also like to clarify the date for the General Assembly. The meeting will be held the second Sunday in January, the 9th. Information and the agenda will be sent out one month prior to the meeting. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
